Getting a patient back to pre-injury health is the main focus of our treatments. We work in steps, from pain relief then transition into functional recovery.
Focusing on the well being of the patient to return them back to health and work, so they can go back to the life.
We have all the necessary paperwork and information you need to get your medical card. Just make an appointment and we do the rest.
Upon entering the office, we have some brief
paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Pete to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
After your consultation, Dr. Pete will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing the health of your spine and nervous system. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Pete will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:
1. What is going on with my condition?
2. How much is this going to cost?
3. How long is this going to take?
After reviewing your orthopedic, neurological, spinal examination findings, x-rays, personal history, Dr. Pete will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. You will never be “in the dark” about any aspect of your care, or our relationship.
At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue therapies. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
